DISCLAIMER

Any damages to the limousines, or cars caused by the clients or his/her guests will be charged at full cost (including down time) to the client. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who, in our judgment, is incapable of taking care of themselves or whose conduct is objectionable and presents a hazard to other persons, chauffeur, or vehicle. Any excessive interior clean-up required, (i.e. Spills, vomiting, bums in interior, etc.) will be charged to the client at a minimum of one hundred ($100.00) per occurrence. A one-day notice is required if you need your limousine longer than expected. No drugs, illegal substance, or smoking is allowed in any of our limousines, or cars. No Alcohol may be consumed by any persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Any reasonable and unavoidable special fees or charges incurred will be in addition to all charter rates as published. An industry standard of 15-20% gratuity is not included in the quoted price. Time overruns on trips will be charged in half hour increments. Trips cancelled at clients request result in a 100% forfeiture of deposit on account. The forfeited deposit may, however, be applied to a new reservation if client reschedules within thirty (30) days. In the event that White Mountain Limousine and Car Service is unable to perform under this contract for reasons beyond its control: (breakdowns, inclement weather, illness, etc.), its liability shall be limited to a full refund of any monies paid by the customer hereunder. No one under the age of eighteen (18) shall rent our services without written consent signed by a parent or guardian. Parents and/ or guardian are liable for any unpaid balances or damages. If any illegal activity is done while in White Mountain Limousine and Car Services fleet the chauffeur will call local law enforcement, and the parents/guardians.

A 15 to 20% pre-pay is required with this contract with the balance to be paid upon pick-up
